Listen to the Whisper
To the whispers that run through you. It's deep listening. An active grounded listening with attention. In SoulsAtelier it is a gift to each other. It starts with silence. Emptying ourselves and surrendering to what comes to you. To let ourselves be touched as a receptive field by our bodies, and emotions, words, images and energies of yourself, the other(s) and from the knowing field as well. Without interrupting each other. Without getting too involved. And yet becoming more and more sensitive to what is 'going through you'. And to the answers you asked for. 'A lot of silence makes a powerful sound' says an African proverb.

Connecting the dots.
Wounds provide insight into the creative process of our lives and the meaning they have in it. They are a foundation for powerful healing. Yet we don't go back in time for the purpose of re-feeling or resolving pain, fear or anger, but to recognize or ‘know’ a wound - like echoes of the bell we couldn't hear back then - for essential discoveries. Apologizing or forgiveness may follow insight, or not. Because, maybe, by connecting dots we see the first new step on our path in front of us. Step by step following ‘the long and winding road’…. we will end up in a new world by ourselves… (aha!).
